Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

	Far North:  $13.00 NZD Auckland: $9.00 NZD Gisborne: $16.00 NZD  Rest of North Island: $11.60 NZD South Island: $18.00 NZD
Rural addresses	3–7 business days	$5.70 to be added to your region price

*Free shipping is available for orders over $150 NZD 

If you need your order urgently or before a certain date, please contact us at hello@nushd.co.nz to arrange an express or overnight delivery. ** for an extra cost.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship only across New Zealand. If you’re based further afield, make sure you’re following us on Instagram as we hope to announce wider international shipping in the near future.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at hello@nushd.co.nz with your name and order number.

Please note that rural deliveries can take up to an extra 3 days to reach you once it has been handed off to the rural delivery agent.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.
