Flavour and aroma profile:

Complex and refined with notes of caramel, chocolate, and floral undertones. The flavour is delicate yet intense, with a creamy, velvety texture that adds depth and richness to desserts and beverages.

These Mexico V. planifolia vanilla beans are very classic and cured in the Mexican Method enhancing their aroma.  They are grade A, average 13 cm in length. These can be skinnier and slightly drier than other varieties of vanilla bean as a result of their distinctive drying technique but they make it up with flavour.
