We slice them and fry to golden perfection for a crunchy bite and finish them with a light touch of sea salt to bring out that earthy flavour in the most irresistible way. 

Our sweet version has no sugar or artificial sweeteners added. The sweetness comes from sun-ripened bananas that develop their own sugar and give them their delicious caramelised flavour.

Simple ingredients - just bananas, oil and sea salt, nothing extra. 

But what are these Plantain Bananas?

Not all bananas are created equal - and when it comes to chips, plantain bananas  are the GOAT.

Unlike sweet, soft bananas, plantain bananas (Musa paradisiaca) are firmer, starchier and made for the heat. They hold their shape beautifully when sliced and fried or baked, giving that crispy, golden crunch every time. 

We use green or just-ripe plantain bananas, depending on the flavour profile we're going for.
